How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers and integrations needed to operate Bright Vault, or when required by law.

Analytics and Error Monitoring

On this website we use PostHog, a product analytics provider, to understand how visitors use it. It sets a first-party cookie that identifies your browser and records pages viewed, the referring site, campaign (utm) parameters, approximate location derived from your IP address, and which sign-up or navigation links you click. Advertising click identifiers are removed before events are sent, and session recording is turned off. We use Sentry to diagnose application errors; error reports include technical details and internal identifiers, and one-time invitation and authorization codes are removed before they are sent.

Data Retention

We retain account data while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and operational requirements.
